Warranty

Warranty Policy for bPowered UP Power Banks - Models B-6000 and B-12000:

All bWiseUSA Power Bank products have been crafted with great attention to detail and care using advanced technical manufacturing and materials.  Our products are tried, tested, and perform excellently when used in the environments and activities for which they were created.  Sometimes, no matter how careful we are, errors may occur in the manufacturing process.  We're dedicated to making sure that our customers get the most of their "bPowered UP on the go" experience.  With this in mind, we created the bPowered Up Warranty.
 

  • Warranty issues can only be handled within the United States. 
  • All products must be registered on our website within 6 months of purchase.
  • Warranty approval is at the discretion of bWiseUSA.

 


Warranty excludes damage as a result of:

  • Deliberately causing further damage to the product
  • Heat, flame, or the natural elements
  • Accidental damage
  • Failure to adhere to care instructions
  • Reasonable or excessive wear and tear
  • Theft


Approval is at the discretion of bWiseUSA (formerly ZOOM Power Bank).  If approved the product will be replaced.  In the case of discontinued models, the faulty item will be replaced with the most similar model from the current inventory.

bWiseUSA provides a Warranty for our power bank products and warrants that each product is to be in good working order for the product's lifecycle (lifecycle of the product is ≥500 full charge cycles)  when purchased from bWiseUSA.   Should this product, in bWiseUSA's opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, bWiseUSA will replace this product at no charge if it is within the first 30 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, or disaster, or theft.  For purchases outside of 30 days, you may also obtain a replacement by contacting us for instructions on how to initiate a warranty claim.

How to initiate a warranty claim:

  • Under 30 days:

Proof of purchase required. (Order ID & Date of purchase) Product must be registered before replacement.  Please contact us at cs@bwiseusa.com for instructions on how to obtain a replacement.  If an item is defective upon arrival, you must contact us prior to 30 days.

  • Over 30 days:

Proof of purchase required. (Order ID & Date of purchase) Product must be registered before replacement.  Please contact us at cs@bwiseusa.com for instructions on how to obtain a replacement.  Once your replacement order is placed, it ships the same business day if the order is placed by 10am EST, if not, then it ships the next business day. 

  • Over 6 mos:

Proof of purchase required.  (Order ID & Date of purchase) Product must have been registered prior to 6 months from date of purchase in order to obtain a warranty claim on your product.  If it has not been registered, warranty is void.
